All current ChainLinks members are invited. You must be registered and paid in full to attend this event.

May significant others attend the scheduled event activities?

Significant others may join you in Chicago and attend the following: River Boat Tour or Magic Experience on Wednesday afternoon and both evening receptions. Significant other participation is available for an additional fee of $360. Please confirm their attendance when you register to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

When can I officially register?

Registration will be open from April 10 – August 21.

What additional information will I receive after I register?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you register and a Know Before You Go email the week before the event.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is suggested with a sweater or jacket for early mornings or late evenings. Athletic wear and sneakers are also recommended if you would like to walk around and explore and for any fitness activities.

What should we expect from the weather?

Expect comfortable, early-fall weather: warm afternoons, cooler evenings, and generally mild conditions perfect for outdoor exploring or events.

Average highs: ~73°F – 75°F (23°C – 24°C) during the day.

Average lows: ~55°F – 60°F (13°C – 16°C) at night.

What expenses are covered by your registration fee?

All daytime and evening events for ChainLinks members, plus meals at each event / activity and transportation to and from each, if applicable. Select daytime and both evening events for significant others. Please see Payment Section.

Where do I pick up my credentials and get updates on the meetings when I arrive?

You will receive your name badge and credentials when you check in on Wednesday, September 23 before the Welcome Luncheon. All attendees must check in and wear a credential at all times.

Can I extend my stay in Chicago?

We will do our best to accommodate any attendees who wish to come early or extend their stay in Chicago at one of our host hotels at our discounted rate. Please note any additional dates are at your own cost.
